Positive Behaviour Management Level One -6 Hour course.
This 6-hour course (one day or two twilights) equips individuals to promote a Team Teach ethos within your setting, by safeguarding pupils and fostering meaningful, positive relationships. Our approach emphasises on positive behaviour support and the development of effective communication strategies to better understand and respond to behaviour.
What this course will cover:
- Core Theory: Values, Legal Framework, Stages of Crisis, Scenarios, Trauma informed approaches etc. (minimum of 4.5h)
- Physical elements: some elements of Personal Safety, Prompts and Guides, Small Child module (max 1.5h)
Level One re-accreditation is a six-hour course and must be completed every year to maintain certification.

Positive Behaviour Management Level Two -12 Hour course.
Level two courses are intended for settings where the risks are likely to be higher. The course includes all elements of Level One. Physical intervention is included in line with the needs of the setting.
Level Two Course re-accreditation is a six-hour course and must be completed every year to maintain certification.

- 0–24 certified staff: £170 (+ VAT)
- 25+ certified staff: £220 (+ VAT)
This per setting fee ensures every certified individual in your setting can access Team Teach Connect’s Hub resources and the Support Service.
