It is considered good practice to hold key stage reviews as person centred reviews. All Woodbridge SEND Service staff are trained in facilitating Person Centred Reviews and this can allow you as SENCo to concentrate on your input to the meeting rather than trying to contribute and facilitate at the same time.
This can also provide a “neutral” facilitator if required for more challenging reviews.
