ALL ABOUT ME
Hi I'm Natalie
I have over 20 years of experience working with children and young people with a particular focus on those with additional needs or neurodivergent profiles. I currently work as a Level 4 specialist Teaching Assistant for the Woodbridge SEND Service.

My professional journey has been driven by a strong belief that every child and young person should have access to therapeutic support when needed. I am level 4 trained Pluralistic Counsellor and a fully qualified Hypnotherapist. In addition, I have completed further CPD in areas including:

Drawing and Talking Therapy

Therapeutic Sand Tray and Play Skills

DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)
At Woodbridge Therapeutic and Wellness Centre, we are grounded in the values of respect, empathy, non-judgement, autonomy and unconditional positive regard.

Our aim is to create a safe nurturing space where children and young people can build trusting therapeutic relationships. Working at their own pace, we support them as they explore thoughts, feelings, worries or significant life events. Using this approach, we aim to foster personal growth, encourage reflection and support each individual towards developing a stronger sense of self.
